I’m Pete. I’m the Commercial Director for Platfform Wellbeing.
I manage the strategic approach in offering workplace services, ensuring everything is relevant and brings value to our partners and their workforce. I am also here to look after our internal team and reach out to networks of external expertise to develop an informed and relational approach to our partnerships.
I have led teams across the sporting, education and charity sectors over many years in various research, business development and marketing leadership positions.
I am passionate about social enterprise and led the development of a portfolio of award-winning enterprises brought together to provide aspirational work environments for young people with complex disabilities (as part of the work of the National Star College).
Alongside my professional experience, I have used my own lived experiences to advocate for others looking for wellbeing support. This has included speaking at several public health events and being part of panel discussions.
I am a member of the Speakers Collective and the National Suicide Prevention Alliance lived experience network advocating for those who have been bereaved through suicide.
Outside of work, I can be found either at a gig, up a hill with my dog Steve, in a gallery, and playing or watching football.
