CBT Counselling gives you a chance to see the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and thinking patterns.. You can then see more clearly the things that are holding you back from living the life you want to.
I combine this with other types of therapy, helping to process things like challenging emotions, or childhood difficulties.
By working together, we can understand the origins of the difficulties you’re facing. We can then look at how to challenge these. This way of counselling is effective for people who feel stuck, who have experienced childhood trauma, or who are dealing with anxiety or depression.
When I am not counselling I enjoy crafting, reading to relax and I volunteer at a local football club.
