Hi, my name’s Greg and I’m a Person-Centred counsellor. That means I work with you to explore complex issues, situations and emotions that you want to change or understand better. I value your individuality and your right to live your life according to your chosen values. I don’t judge or impose my own values.
Through person-centred counselling, we can explore our own unique way forward. We can see our potential for growth and change.
I’ve developed more appreciation for the strong connection between mind and body following training with the British Focusing Association. Sometimes this connection isn’t understood in our society. By focusing on our inner-self, we are able to approach a situation with patience and curiosity. We can see new points of view and new meanings. If this is something you would like to explore then we can include focusing moments in counselling.
I’m committed to providing counselling that is respectful and ethical, and that values diversity. All gender identities and pronouns are very welcome.
I have a Psychology degree and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
My hobbies include Qigong, meditation, walking in nature, and watching Wales play rugby!
