I’m Glenys, and I work in a way that focuses on empathy and approaching issues together. I combine approaches from a range of different counselling methods to find what works for each person.
I have provided counselling to people from a wide range of experiences, backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures. I started my counselling work mainly with bereavement.
I have also supported people through challenges such as abuse, anxiety, childhood trauma, low self-esteem/confidence, panic attacks, relationship issues, depression, domestic violence, and stress.
I believe understanding ourselves is the key. Working together, we will create a trusting environment in which to explore your challenges without judgement.
